1: A Nightmare Tournament survivor... (You really like green, don't you, yhu... )
Even if it's supposed to be a "doodle", I like the simple design and colors... (Interesting abilities, too. Memory-as-weapon, hmm...)
This one caught my eye right away. Unusual composition, and lovely color arrangement again...
I like the simple, paper-cut-out/poster look here... For some reason I can totally picture an animated short in this style.

Dunno, it caught my eye, cute and dynamic...
I quite like the almost gradual transition from black and white to color, here.. (and Giselle always cracks me up.)

5: The one who owned me in the Nightmare Tournament. Creator of some of the most interesting characters I've run across, AND she can write prose entries that are gripping enough to keep me reading to the end even though I usually never have the patience to read long prose entries, and that's no mean feat...
Oh dear, so many lovely monsters to choose from... How about this one, it has a lovely composition, too.
Everything we never knew about bogeymen... And he's wearing a suit of hands, how cool is that?
Demmi, why do you make your monsters so freakishly lovable...
OK, just a couple more monsters, OK?
AND ONE PAN. Because I need to include Pan after all the abuse I gave him...

That DRESS! That HAIR! (Published, to boot. Girl is a professional, yo.)

8: I met Napalm in Infractus Fatality, in the notorious Niflheim sector. Napalm-otaku was responsible for the much-abused Neon (seriously, did any of us NOT pick on Neon? )
Pointy ears, evil looks, and a rather nifty prismatic arrangement...
I like the dream/waking red/blue duality here, it works, even in thumbnail form.
Because we need one Neon.

9: One of the proud few still soldiering away in the Byako Round Robin tournament. (Longest... tournament... ever.... seriously. I had fun while I was there, but I don't think I could have kept my sanity as long as the finalists have!) (You have my respect, Dadrick.)

10: The lovely host of the Rogue Skies tournament! Though I met her first in the Haunted Palace tournament, where her character Kaz had a habit of appearing in everyone's entries and stealing the show...
She looks like so much fun... Love the expressions especially.
Wanted to include a Colosseum page here, at least. You know, I really regret not having been able to follow the Colosseum... (was on dial-up at the time.) So many good entries...
Argh, can't decide between the sketch dumps, so I just picked one at random. They're all fun, loads of dynamic doodles...
And just for old time's sake... DRUNK KAZ!

11: The other lovely host of the Rogue Skies tournament!
Aside from the fact that she sounds like a fun character, it's a nifty design. Simple. And RED AND BLACK.
Again, simple, but just right. Conveys everything about the characters in a few minimal panels.
Even simpler, even more right. (RED. AND. BLACK.) (sorry, will shut up now.)
Because I can't resist including something RS-related... besides, who doesn't love Gimmick and her impossible accent!

12: The one who trounced me royally in Rogue Skies. Nobody does weird science like Oly, I swear. Her characters are the most lovable nerds I've ever seen and her comics are non-stop brilliance. And educational! Read 'em if you haven't.

The sketch batches, oh dear, I love them all, I can't deciiiide... but here's one, anyway.
Because there must be at least one page from the Rogue Skies saga. SERIOUSLY, READ THE WHOLE THING!

14: Another familiar name around the OCT circuit...
That's possibly the most girly werewolf I've ever seen... ^^ But I like the fact that she doesn't look like a stereotypical werewolf. And the composition and colors turned out quite pretty.
Simple, but it doesn't need anything else really... The pose and composition turned out just right.
Not sure why, but this one caught my eye... maybe it's the swirliness or the composition or just the determined looks. Anyway, full skirts and corsets in battle are
