When not in her own realm, she's acting as judge for Exercitus Artifex - League of Extraordinary Characters. When in her own realm, she's The Queen, and that's that.

Age: Old Enough (rumoured to be as old as her realm, appears to be about 60-65)

Special Abilities: Outside of her own realm, none really, besides the ability to be simultaneously clueless and stubborn to an infuriating degree.

Weapons: Her cane...? Pish! She's the Queen. She does NOT fight. She has people to do that for her.

Species: Human, my dear.

Marital Status: Oh now really! (Single.)

Orientation: We do not discuss these things.

Personality:
Grandiose, pompous to a degree, extravagant, spoiled, stubborn, and at the same time oddly naive and clueless. Treats the world as a delightful spectacle put on for her entertainment, and rarely takes anything seriously. Permanently amused. Almost never angry or afraid, because she's too dense to realize there's anything to be afraid of. Sometimes a bit snippy, though. Fond of outrageous clothes, gold, good food, dessert, and diverting spectacles. Loves to wander and see new things.

Background:
Well, I can't put TOO much here because she's rather central to my as-yet-unborn webcomic, and I don't want to write any spoilers... But to give the lite version, she's The Queen of what appears to be one of those alternate rogue realms (or dimensions, if you prefer) that crop up so often in the fantasy multiverse. As far as she's concerned, she's Queen of All She Surveys, or in other words, wherever she goes and whatever she sees, she's the queen of it all. According to her. The local inhabitants frequently disagree, especially if they've already got a government of their own. She is much given to wandering and exploring in order to "expand her realm." Her own court wishes she'd stay put. Most of her presumed citizens consider her a nuisance.

Having wandered through the portal into Elarthe, she promptly considered the place to be an extension of her own realm and "claimed" it. And though the inhabitants have tried to make her see otherwise by reasoning, arguments, and threats, she's stubbornly convinced that these are her subjects, and she's their Queen. She considers that they just need a bit of time to get used to the idea.

Of course she arrived in front of the Hero's Hideout and observed various fights and brawls in progress. She found the spectacle amusing, and stuck around to watch, installing herself comfortably in the best seat. Bogus, the proprietor, finding that he couldn't budge her, decided to let her be a judge, as long as she was hanging around taking up space and eating his food.
