Oh my god, I'm posting before the extreme last minute...

Okay! What follows is my *Rogue-Skies Round 1 match: Myriad Mayhem and her Horde of Cats versus Alexandre Jean-Pierre Anael, the Flaming Pirate Queen! Think of it as Oscar Wilde on an airship. (Er, I may have made Alex's dialogue a leeetle too snooty, but I was having so much fun writing it I couldn't help myself...)

Total number of cats drawn for this episode: 186

This was way too much fun to be true, believe me. Bishies and cats! Not inked (alas) but I tried to draw it in a more finished pencil style this time. Which I'm beginning to suspect takes almost as long as inking. >.< (One of these days I'll find a fast technique, really I will...) And Photoshop has been giving me hell every which way (turns out it don't wanna run on a mere 13 gigs of free space. I seriously need to clean out my computer.) BUT I'M DONE. And I'm almost reasonably on time. What kind of miracle is that?

Anyway. What we have here to be going on with is Captain Alexandre (the swishy one) and First Mate Luc de Luc. Luc should probably have been captain if Alex hadn't imposed himself as captain as one of the conditions of providing an airship... Let's just say Luc really REALLY hates Alex. (For any number of reasons.)
